Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24hrs in advance by text at the number below. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from the start time of your session, you can only receive a 50% refund in the form of a coupon to be redeemed for other services. You may reschedule no more than one time. If you do not show up for your session no refund will be given as I cannot use that time slot that you reserved for any other clients. If you show up late to the session, please be aware that your session will not be extended and you will not get the full time of your session as I do have other appointments after yours. The session length will be the time remaining. Please note that no refunds will be given for services 45 days after the initial purchase date if you still have not rescheduled your session.
